Refunds and Returns

• Returns Window: Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• Condition: To be eligible, items (including jacuzzis, basins, and power tools) must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Refund Process: Once inspected, approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or M-Pesa.

Delivery Information

We provide efficient delivery services across Nairobi and the rest of Kenya:

• Nairobi CBD & Surroundings: Standard delivery fees apply based on distance and the weight of the items (e.g., heavy sinks or jacuzzis).
• Countrywide Shipping: For orders outside Nairobi, we partner with reputable courier services. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Free Pickup: You can always collect your orders for free from our store at Aga Khan Building, Luthuli Lane.
